Ryan Smith

Ryan is the co-founder of Supernew and the AI Community Hub, where he focuses on AI research and content creation for the community. He has been a business owner since 2006, providing website development, marketing, SEO and business automation services.
In addition, Ryan created and operated an online training resource for website developers for 16 years — training thousands and exercising his love for teaching. He also has an IT background, plays several instruments, and nurtures a moderate obsession with Mac computers, audio equipment, and movies.
Ryan lives in Texas with his wife and their three kids.

Ben is the co-founder of Supernew and the AI Community Hub, where he focuses on brand and marketing. Though he’s current with the latest tech, he still holds a healthy skepticism about AI's safety and ethical implications. He enjoys helping others stay ahead with what’s new and useful.
Ben has a background in creative and marketing for both Fortune 500 brands and startups. He’s also built multiple creative and lifestyle businesses—serving hundreds of clients, growing an audience of 70,000+, and generating millions of views on social media.
Ben lives in Texas with his wife, Sydnee, and their three kids.

Creation of the AI Community Hub is not a wholesale embrace and endorsement of AI as a technology, but a recognition of how it is changing so much of our world; with the goals of responsibly putting it to use for good and having awareness of what our concerns should be when using it. We strongly believe that education, resources and a community that shares similar interests and concerns about the development and use of AI is profoundly important.
